During the exciting week for food enthusiasts at Sofitel Saigon Plaza, one-Michelin Star Chef Eric Provost from Deauville, Normandy will prepare a range of authentic dishes inspired by home-style fares and using the finest local ingredients.

3-course Emotion set menu at VND 620,000++ (~USD30) per person and 5-course Magnifique set menu at VND 1,400,000++ (~USD68) per person with an exclusive selection of wine will complete your culinary adventure.

Olivier Restaurant - level 2, December 8th to 10th and 14th to 17th, 2011, for lunch and dinner.

For those seeking a little culinary adventure, on Saturday, December 10th and 17th at 10 am, Chef Provost will open the doors of Olivier kitchen to cook his secret recipes. Followed by a set menu lunch with the Chef.

The price is VND 620,000++ (~USD30) per person, limited to 10 persons only.
