The five-star Nikko Saigon Hotel will organize ‘Viva Mexico’ at its international restaurant La Brasserie to promote Mexican cuisine - which was recognized as an Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2010 - to Saigonese.

Traditional Mexican cuisine is based on corn, beans and different types of chili peppers, and is renowned for its variety of flavors and colors and combination of different spices and unique ingredients.

From March 24-30, Mexican Executive Chef Arturo Cristiane and his team will promote authentic delicacies such as Ensalanda de Pollo salad, Cilantro Al Pastor Lamb Barbacoa and Cheese Quesadilla.

The restaurant serves the Viva Mexico dinner buffet from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. priced at VND720,000 or US$34 per person, including tequila, margaritas, house wine, draft beer and soft drinks.
