Located in the center of HCMC with tranquility and a cozy atmosphere in a luxurious design, Cung Dinh (Royal Court) Restaurant of the five-star Rex Hotel is a familiar venue for gourmets with its tasty Vietnamese dishes and traditional performances staged as a feudal Vietnamese royal court.

The 200 diner capacity restaurant serves authentic Vietnamese royal cuisine and specialties from Hanoi, Hue and Saigon for breakfast, lunch and dinner and provides performances of traditional Vietnamese music.

The restaurant is a miniature of Hue Citadel down to the colorful lanterns and charming theme clad staff. The restaurant has been voted one of the country’s most beloved restaurants and is a favorite of VIPs and celebrities.

Open everyday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., the restaurant recently introduced some of Hue’s best traditional dishes which are highly nutritious and also nicely-decorated.

Another attraction of the restaurant that entices many foreigners and overseas Vietnamese is cooking courses. The program led by the restaurant’s chef helps visitors to discover Vietnamese cuisine and to enrich their trip.

The restaurant has launched a new culinary program called “Royal Lunch” with set menus targeting businessmen, office workers and tourists. Diners can satisfy their tongues with six menus that start from VND70,000 per dish.
